I actually started with F30 and upgraded : I actually started addressing my issue by doing what is at the URL that follows (as it did not see the device from first install). So you had to explicitly remove the driver module and reload it. It's not very common, anymore, but a few years ago, some wifi drivers wouldn't correctly recover from hibernate/sleep.
